Simple Thank You Cards

Hi there,

I had a couple more gifts to thank family for so I decided to record a video of me making these cards.  The cards are 5.5" by 4.25" and were made using the Dotty For You paper packet from Close To My Heart.  I inked the edges of the first layer and used a stamp sentiment from Close To My Heart along with their ink pads.

The whole card took about 10 minutes to make so they are very easy to make when you are crunched for time.  I give you measurements in the video and talk you through how to make the cards/layer them.  I'm pleased with how they turned out, and I absolutely love the stamp sentiment I used.  I hope you enjoy them as much as I did making them.

If you are interested in ordering Close To My Heart products, you can either contact me through here or order directly online at iandreger.ctmh.com/retail.

Here's the video!

Thanks for taking a look!

Craft on,
Ian

  2. Great video Ian - love how simple but effective these cards turned out. As far is the gloppy ATG bits - someone told me that if you make sure to come to a stop, press firmly, release the trigger before pulling away from your paper; it should stop this happening. I would say it works 8 out of 10 times for me :-)

    1. Thanks, Karon! Oh, and thanks for the tip! Sometimes it doesn't do it, but most times I don't use my ATG because of this. Yucky! :( I'll try your technique. :) Thanks for stopping by and enjoying the video!! :)
